Lilyahna is a colorful person :)
Memphis is randomly using the potty, but doing well with it. Juliette is still going backwards, but getting a bit more of the rocking motion. And, I could be wrong, but it looks like she may be getting one or two bottom teeth soon (Lilyahna got her first at almost 9 mos, and Memphis was almost 7 mos).
Lilyahna and I were writing some words and letters, and we started practicing 'x' she kept not getting enough diagonal in them, so they were turning out as 't'. She almost freaked out and then she says: 'Oh, wait. It's ok mom. It IS an x...it is just standing on one foot.' I thought is was hilarious, and creative, plus she stopped her own freak out!!! We went to her schools open house on Monday, she got to show me her lessons, and writing, and read me a few pages of a book. The teacher said she was doing great. But, as any mom would say, of course she is doing great...she is brilliant and sweet, and beautiful to boot :)
