quick update

WOAH! two posts in one week! Memphis has a double ear infection-they might do tubes again, it stinks, but if it helps him out for another year ill be happy! poor guy cannot catch a ear/allergy break! Juliette is feeling yucky today too-i might get her ears checked tomorrow, since her symptoms are similar....and now im feeling cruddy too. Aaron is never home when we are sick, lucky him, lol!! AND, now for the BIG NEWS!!!!! Juliette took a few steps today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe by the time daddys home she will be able to run up to him :) CRAZY!! She's 10 months, and decided it is time to walk!

Hi again!!!

Time has been FLYING lately!!! I cannot believe that Easter is almost here, and this deployment will be coming to an end soon...it has gone suuuper fast! Too bad I do not have much to show for it!!! Well, besides the babies! They are growing and changing tons!! (holy exclamation overuse)

Lilyahna-She is just amazing, it is hard not to brag about her (or any of the kids) to people... well, I do, but it is hard to remember that they do not want to hear about every amazing thing they do, LOL! We had her parent-teacher conference last week. She is so smart. Her memory is ridiculous-we are reading the spiderwick chronicles-and she can reference things from the previous books, and find the right page...no details escape her...even when I think she isn't paying attention. Her teacher says the same thing. Too bad she is ADD all over the place and interferes with the other kids :-\ . AND, RIGHT NOW IN SCHOOL SHE IS WORKING ON HER MULTIPLICATION TABLES. Yeah, uh...thats crazy! I'm so bummed that her school is closing, I really wish Memphis and Juliette could go there too. I love those teachers!!! :(

Memphis will be 3 next month...wow. He had a speech eval last week. It went well, he is so smart, and can understand so much. He just doesn't talk! He is actually talking a lot more in the last month. No rush :) He is also so stubborn!! The poor kid got Aaron's allergies... he is just terrible these last few days. It is gorgeous outside so we took a walk, and that just set him off so badly!! He coughed for about 20 min straight, so the doctor told me to bring him in. Thy did a nebulizer treatment, but said he was fine. When we walked out the Doctor said, " keep an eye on him, if his allergies get worse, otherwise it could be something like the onset of pneumonia. Bye." UMMMM pneumonia and goodbye should never be in the same sentence, thanks... He was feeling good yesterday, so we went to a party/playdate-he passed out around 6:30 and woke up at 1030, so we just went home so he could be in his own bed. So far this morning he's ok. We may be back at the doctor if that fever shoots up again, because fever just doesn't scream allergies, as far as i know!

Juliette is growing soooo fast! She stands up like a pro now! She has 8 teeth too!! She waves, claps, and is working on a few signs! Hopefully she waits for aaron to be back to take some steps! She jabbers a lot, and i swear she is saying a few things intentionally! She is such a happy baby all the time too :)

My baby is 5!

Well, my computer kept trying to die...so I'm on my new Macbook Pro!!! THANK YOU AARON!!! I'm still figuring it out, but I love it. Our desktop is also working better...which is good, and bad. lol. It didn't want to be replaced-maybe I can sell it??

Well, Lilyahna is my big girl now...we had fun celebrating her b-day, 5 times!! At school they do a celebration-make a timeline of some pictures, have ice cream, and sing songs. We opened lots of great gifts and then she requested playing at the whale place, having Subway for dinner, and Coldstone afterward!! It was such a fun day! The next day we got MORE presents so she got another day of celebrating! Then Wednesday Bryce (a kindergarten boy she, and every other little girl at school, LOVES) called her on the phone! He was just saying he was coming to her party, but she was so excited!!

Her Chuck E Cheese party yesterday was awesome!! Loud, crazy, crowded, and tons of fun! Laurel and I made a huge cake, and she helped so much all day! Thanks, Laurel!!! She got a lot of great gifts, and all the parents and kids from her school are SO nice!!

its february!!!

So, I will be crying next Monday...Lilyahna, my first, and oh so adored sweet baby will be 5!! Five is soooo 'big kid'. She is growing into a sweet little lady...not to say she doesn't have a mean streak. She's doing wonderfully at school, but gets in trouble for making the kids laugh at inappropriate times, lol.

Etta is getting her 6th tooth!! (this will be 4th on top) I am also working on weaning her-Lily and Memphis couldn't have cared less if it was boob or bottle, as long as they were fed, but Juliette cared! She let us take a few pics of her taking the bottle-then there was screaming, crying, and back arching. We gave up that day...but we are working on it :)

My little man is just hanging out, being sweet and ornery all day. He ate 6 bowls of snow the other day!! And a bunch of icicles while we were playing outside!

My computer seems to be on its last leg. I will be getting a new one (yaaay macbook!!!!!) soon!! This one will die for a day, come back for a day...then die again. Any way to make some money off a near death computer?? Any way pics on snapfish, I'll get some on here soon!

PS Had a great visit with Aunt Lauren and Sadie!! It was so fun to have all the babies together!! Cannot wait to see you guys again!!

Well Hello!

Hi! Hope everyone is having a great new year!!! I cannot believe how fast life is going...Lilyahna will be 5 next month...there will be tears. Five is just so...not baby!! She will always be my baby though :) Ok, sorry, no more being *mushy*. Lilyahna and I were looking at pictures of cakes online-trying to figure out what to do for a bday cake and party (summer birthdays are so much more fun)! We saw a barbie cake and she said "THAT'S the one, can we make it BIGGER?" lol! But, each one is 'the one'.

Juliette had her 8 month appointment she is 15 lbs 14 oz...little bitty thing...but still the chunkiest out of all my babies. She is 27 1/2 inches long! She had a finger prick for a hemoglobin test (she didn't even cry). Then she got 2 shots...and only let out one little yelp, and was fine!! It was crazy!

Memphis had a check up too, he is 28 lbs (I don't believe it, his pants must weigh 5 lbs) and 38 1/2 inches! I am so thankful to have happy healthy children-every time I leave a long, borring, seamingling pointless Dr. visit I realize how lucky me and the kids are.

I just realized I didn't post all the Europe pictures...yeah, there is MORE...sorry for the overload, but ya'll asked for them and Aaron and I loooove taking them!

Hey! Juliette and I had a awesome trip with Aaron!! We visited Milan and Paris, we drove through the Swiss Alps and bummed around Stuttgart too!! Didn't do too much sleeping, shopping, or driving; but we walked and ate TONS!!!! My luggage hasnt arrived yet, and my camera card is in it...so hopefully they will find it soon and i can have clothes and you all can see pics!! My new phone is in the mail...they said it shouldn't take more than 4 days! Again, thank you all for the gifts, money, and mostly the love you all sent us during the holidays!!! Talk to you all soon!

Leaving for the airport in a few minutes. walmart found my phone, but it doesnt work anymore, ill get a new one when i get back. Hope everyones Christmas was wonderful, and thank you all for everything!! Have a SAFE new years eve, and HAPPY NEW YEAR. We will love and miss you all. Pray for an easy flight, and that my babies are all safe. Im sure theyll be more than fine, and have a wonderful time with MawMaw! Poor Aaron will have to listen to me be sappy about them for a whole week. Ill talk to you all next week!

What a busy month!!! We have finally all gotten over the sickies that haunted us for a good 2 months!! yay! All kinds of pics to upload, and fun updates:

Lilyahna had her Christmas program, very cute! They all sang a few songs, and that was about it. Then I bought the kids a book about why we celebrate Christmas, and the story of baby Jesus....Lily was reading it, and while she was reading it she was humming a rap song...I thought is was the most funny and cute combo EVER! She cracks me up. She is so excited about Christmas, and of course presents...but not excited enough about it for bribery to work (clean your room for Santa). It didn't work. OH, I took a pic of the shapes she's learning at school...I cannot believe they're learning words like elipsoid, and triangular prism in pre-school!!!

Memphis is such a stubborn and lovey little man...he has mastered acting like a man already (push alll the way up to the "line" until you are about to get in trouble...THEN ask for hugs, kisses, and give all the unsolisited love. Turd. At the program he did well, and I guess it took him a while to find Lilyahna in the crowd...but once he did (in the middle of a song) he yelled "HI, LILY HIIIII!!! it was cute.

Juliette pulling up on EVERYTHING! She's fallen a few times, but she's pretty good at it! Her top tooth came in ealrier this week....uughh and she grinds them together already *gives me the chills*
